My personal love affair with the arch is a permanent fixture. I grew up in Greece, and currently live in Southern Arizona…so the arch is weaved into my very existence. Originally built in 1925 by Louis Kons & Brim, this Los Feliz home captures everything we love about historic California architecture… hand wrought iron detailing, sculptural archways, richly layered millwork, patterned tile, and that warm, soulful atmosphere that can’t be replicated. What makes this home especially beautiful is the balance between preservation and restraint. The original character remains front and center, while the interiors feel quietly elevated, timeless, and deeply livable.
