We are looking for Labourers, Apprentices, and Carpenters to join our team.
Labourer $20-28: Assist skilled tradespeople on-site, maintain safe and efficient job sites, and gain hands-on construction experience.
• Friendly and approachable personality with a desire to learn as much as you can about construction.
Apprentice $25-$35: Start your journey to becoming a Red Seal Carpenter, working alongside experienced mentors and developing your craft.
• Registered with a recognized provincial training authority
• Demonstrated knowledge of construction practices and operation of tools
• Ability to work safely and effectively with minimal supervision
• Must have basic carpentry tools, tool belt, proper footwear
Carpenter $35-$50: Bring your skills to high-end projects, focusing on precision, quality, and craftsmanship.
• 3+ years of experience working as a carpenter
• Knowledge of residential renovation and new build construction
• Understanding of BC & Local Municipal Building Codes
• Must have tool belt and tools
• Red Seal/Journeyman certification preferred
• Occupational First Aid an asset
Requirements for All Positions:
• Strong work ethic and team-oriented mindset
• Physical ability to perform construction tasks including lifting heavy objects, working at heights, and in all weather conditions
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada
• Must have own vehicle and a clean driver’s abstract
• Commitment to safety on-site
