The panelists explored Metro Vancouver’s current supply and demand trends in the industrial market, including a notable flight to quality and the rise of large-format demand amidst market uncertainty. The discussion also touched on strata trends, land value implications, and the future outlook for our industry.
The message was clear: this is a period of reset. While near-term conditions are complex, long-term fundamentals in our region remain strong, and opportunity will favour those who stay adaptable and focused.
