We were honoured to be a part of the 3rd Annual City of Delta Mayor’s Charity Ball, hosted by @deltafirecharitable . Together, this year's event raised over $740,000 to support their Healthy Snack Program, an initiative that helps provide nutritious food and snacks to children and families throughout the Delta community. Since the gala’s inauguration, Beedie has proudly participated and supported the event, reflecting our ongoing commitment to community involvement within Delta and the Lower Mainland. Together with the teams at @norlandlimited and @buildwithbinnie , we continue to make significant progress in South Delta along Highway 99 and the surrounding area to support Parkwood Industrial Estates—a master-planned business park designed to deliver. The municipal side of the project is now over 90% complete, with all the municipal services in the ground to support Parkwood’s 135 acres. Finishing touches are now underway, including the top lift of asphalt, street lighting, and landscaping for 88th Street and Pineland Drive. The roundabout connecting Highway 99 southbound, Ladner Trunk Road, and 80th Street is fully operational and servicing the south Delta community, with a new on-ramp to Highway 99 at 80th Street now under construction. The Parkwood overpass at 78th Street is also starting to take shape, with all the abutment piles and the center pile now in place. When complete, the overpass will feature 4 spans with 3 girders per span.
