The demolition process begins with an early evening ambient set from @pe_nt__ , whose delicate touch lays the fuse that duo of deconstruction @mui____mui & @_n_x_p will ignite. @sister_zo and @voices_3.0 follow with banging, peak time combustion, sifting through the debris of genre until a final, explosive farewell from @__ballet__ny ‘s own @validation_dot_com . The next edition of TOWER will dually oversee the installation of windows and glass to the tower, as well as the raising of funds to cover medical expenses for pillar of NY bass music, Ayesha. Suggested donations will be collected at the door. Early evening ambient sets from @silkwraith and @annaeisenhour ease us into the installation, followed by steady, silky-smooth bass-trance explorations from local enthusiasts @sergiaaaaaa and @perfect_health_ (@tossdbk ). Our special overseas guest @y.r.a.k.i will kick things into overdrive with a vitreous debut set, until a final euphoric ascent from @connorwr0ng . SECRET GUEST: Takuya Nakamura TOWER welcomes local experts both returning and inaugural for the beginning of our final stretch of development. With TOWER 9, we take a turn toward refined acoustics, and we embrace a solidification of the Inside. Installment of insulation begins with Die Mercer’s delicate trap and club-infused ornamentations, followed by a collaborative fierce footwork fantasy from Doula and Love Higher. NYC legend Takuya Nakamura graces the site with a live DnB & trumpet hybrid set before a final performance from JiaLing showcasing ideas developed in her full length album “家 (ji​ā​),” and its home-minded experimentation with cello and erhu in a dance-centric context.
