@hey.flamer ’s 420 Backyard Daydream turned Brooklyn into a technicolor fever dream. For the past 3 years, the creative cannabis brand and artist collective has hosted the one of a kind party—creating an epicenter for creative culture in NYC.
On 4/20 weekend, they took the festivities to Sultan Room and Turks Inn, featuring headliners
@sashacolby along with performances by
@cainculto ,
@mthrtrsa ,
@cherry.jaymes ,
@buffysierra and more. They teamed up with
@holepics.live to create a multi-room experience with interactive art installations and performances, blending music, drag, comedy, and performance art with high culture. The dress code? Attendees were asked to wear their campiest backyard look to celebrate. The event was the smoke-filled party of our highest, wildest dreams.

@buffysierra , Drag Artist & HOLE PICS Member describes her performance at 420 Backyard Daydream: “I was thrilled to work with my favorite artists and happy to make beautiful things with my sisters, who were all high as hell.
For one of my performances, I lip synched FKA twigs’ ‘Cellophane’ while stapling 30 feet of cellophane to my body with a staple gun. I was inspired by Twigs’ MSG Body High tour stop, recent heartbreak, and hardware stores.”
@mthrtrsa , Drag Artist & HOLE PICS Member who also performed at 420 Backyard Daydream explains, “
@holepics.live has always prioritized and celebrated collaboration and camp. This FLAMER event exactly matched the ethos of our show. I had a few favorite moments that evening...Making the entire cast including Cain Culto all hands in scream “FIERCE IS FIERCE” as a preshow preach. Sasha, being a rockstar, jumped into our finale group number, “I Don’t Want to Miss a Thing” by Aerosmith. Crowd silent. Crowd roaring. Locked in. They understood art was present in that room. It’s always amazing to see HOLE PICS take over any space it’s invited into.”
