Med inspiration från naturens mest svårfångade partiklar 💠
📍Geist av This is Loop, Grand Hôtel

Designers, architects, and creatives have always shared one belief: to move forward, we must challenge what we take for granted. Today, as technology evolves at an unprecedented rate, the field of lighting design remains one of the most fascinating territories of experimentation, where data, sensors, and AI intersect with human perception and sensitivity.
Our new guide explores this intersection. The first project is “Geist”, a 2024 large-scale interactive light installation by British design duo Harriet Lumby and Alan Hayes, known as This is Loop (@this_is_loop ), in collaboration with physicists from the University of Oxford (@oxford_uni ) and the Rutherford Appleton Laboratory (@ral.space ).

RISE festival, you were really quite remarkable. An experience like no other!
We were humbled by exhibiting PULSE in this incredible desert location with a backdrop of 30 thousand lanterns, an experience like no other.

Hard to find the words for how incredible this was!
Thoroughly recommend a trip to @risefestival if you ever get the opportunity, it’s absolutely spectacular! 🙌
Day one at RISE was challenging but incredible!
High winds and epic dust storms presented a big challenge but massive props to the team for pushing on!
