You are so talented!!!!! 🙏🏼 I’m feeling SO grateful for my amazing team - @sidney.la @itss.sydney @ziggysun @gitchiyayaa @kellijosings @kellielutito Josh and Ryan - they’ve been cooking and crepe-making and barista-ing and running the café like champs while I’ve been home sick and taking care of sick kiddos this week. 🙏🏼 And always - grateful for @jelliottblake ’s gorgeous café design that makes the space magical every day. And @brandonjcarl ’s amazing support on every level. None of this would be possible without ALL them!!!! 🙌🏼 It truly takes a village. 💛💛💛

Friends!! I have to tell you all about a very special event that’s very dear to my heart. 💛 Next Monday night, April 27, my brother Davis Watson (a.k.a. @paradocsical_ ), is hosting a premiere here in East Nashville for his documentary How to Heal the Planet. This amazing short film tells the story of our cousin @theagconsultant as he built his hydroponic farm @greener_roots and began working with local chefs like @margotcafe and @the_green_tayst . The film is a love letter to the Nashville farm-to-table food movement, and shows how serving local, responsibly-raised food can help heal our planet. It’s going to be such a fun night! There will be yummy bites from @turniptruckmarket and my dear friend @thisismy_kitchen , cocktails and @drinkwalkerbrothers kombucha before the film, and an awesome panel discussion after, with Davis, the chefs and farmers from the movie, and somehow me, too?! 😂 There’s also a silent auction with great prizes you can bid on - including a private dinner party for 8 at The Yellow Table! - and all proceeds go to benefit @thenashvillefoodproject and my brother’s nonprofit @paradocsical_ .
