I know I’m starting to sound like a broken record at this point, but I am just so grateful to have friends that show up.
@dirtbagxchaz threw a tattoo fundraiser for @sidney.la and me at @duelinthesun to help with the mountain of medical bills and lost income from my accident back in May. The amount of generosity I’ve experienced through all of this has been nothing short of life changing. The world looks a lot more wonderful when you recognize how many good people are out there doing good things for their community.
I said it in the video, but just wanted to give a massive thank you to Chaz for putting this together and to @lingerfeldtx and @tattoosbyfrancesco for donating their time and talents to the event as well. Y’all rule.

New Years Day was the 4th anniversary of the best decision I ever made in marrying @sidney.la - my strength, my golden hour.
2025 was immensely challenging but beautiful in unexpected ways. And I’m forever grateful to have Sidney by my side through it all.
Celebrated with a trip to the range @topgolf , homemade ravioli, and the best meal I ever had @nokonashville .
2025 was a blur. 01/01/26 represents 4 years married to @itsjoshbarry .
When I try to think of how to recap the year, the moment that replays, is the afternoon we got home from the hospital. We started an uncertain and intimidating new journey of healing that day and when we entered the house, Josh asked me to get him a guitar. I complied, though I wondered if he was considering how he might hold it with his broken shoulder, collarbone, ribs, and thumb. I gave him the guitar and he played me songs. We sang together and for a moment, everything was still. I look forward to holding you close in the new year. XO
Six months ago today, my life was drastically changed.
The past six months have simultaneously felt like a lifetime and the blink of an eye.
Thank you to everyone who has been with me on this journey so far.

Happy birthday to my incredible wife, partner, and best friend, @sidney.la ! Without you I would not be half the person I am. You have helped me grow and through your example have taught me patience, peace, serenity, and presence.
I have been reflecting a lot on our wedding vows lately. I don’t think anyone expects to go through what you’ve been through when they say “in sickness and in health.” You’ve stood by me, a beacon of strength, through the toughest times, always there to support me. Ready to laugh with me, to ground me, to hold me close.
To have and to hold you is my greatest honor. I’m so proud of who you are. And I look forward to many more cherished moments together.
To my strength, my light, my heart, my life, happy birthday. ♥️
Things I’ve felt deeply this past month:
1. Take the extra moment to say I love you.
2. All that really matters is being kind and loving hard.
3. Stop moving so quickly through your day-to-day. Where you need/want to be is not as important as where you are right now.
