A little update from me. (A big one, actually.) After almost 10 years (the last 4 as Editor), I’ve left Marie Claire. Lots of hard work. Lots of fun. From gallivanting from Milan to Paris for fashion weeks—witnessing MOMENTS from the greatest designers. Smelling approx 10,073 fragrances. Staying in the most incredible hotels in the world. Reviewing extraordinary beauty treatments and the best products in existence—oh, The Creams! The Serums! One million videos and photos of fashion shows, experiences and outfits—zero on the grid (a new record?). Getting Jessica Biel to show us her moves. Shooting Jennifer Garner for a cover seen 7.2 BILLION times in its first 48 hours. Dancing with Venus. Meeting TRACEE! Shooting Neelam for our first digital-first cover. Becoming genuinely obsessed with biohacking—rings, metabolic trackers, vagus nerve stimulators, mattresses owned by billionaires. And the people! The incredible creative teams, brands, PRs, founders, creators—so many of whom are now great friends. And the brilliantTeam MC, past and present—thank you for your hard work, dedication. Watching so many grow—writers becoming brilliant editors, editors becoming directors—has been one of the greatest joys. Forever a champion of my team. Leading this global brand alongside the extraordinary @andreacanwrite —two POC at the helm of British Marie Claire? Pretty iconic, if you ask me. Doing it with Andrea (aka the only other person in my phone with 103,719 photos from fashion week) has been a privilege. Thank you AT! 🙏🏽 Representation and being seen has always meant everything to me. Telling stories from around the world and giving a platform to voices that might otherwise by overlooked—that’s the Marie Claire sensibility.. Being welcomed into the Marie Claire family across 32 editions worldwide has been incredible (I will miss the tea party!). It champions people, creativity, passion, empowerment and optimism. Everything the world needs, now and always. 💙 So. What’s next? Exciting things—yes, I’m very much open for business: consultancy, creative direction, writing, editing. But first, regulating my vagus nerve and embracing the Year of the Horse. 🐎

In the 40th year of LFW, the SS25 shows were shaping up to be some of the best ever….that was before the Norovirus and a throat infection took me out 1 and 1/2 days in. Anyway, we move. Started June in the best company. I had the absolute pleasure of hosting three (SOLD 👏🏽 OUT 👏🏽!!!!) events for the incredible @lisaeldridgemakeup to celebrate the launch of her permanent counter in the iconic @theofficialselfridges beauty hall. Thank you very much for having me Lisa (and the best team LE). 💙🙏🏽 It was great to meet so many from your wonderful community and to spend the day together - you truly are INSPIRATIONAL.
