Exciting news on Rupert Street... We’re thrilled to share that Simon has been promoted to General Manager of The Palomar! Simon joined us in April 2023, and has since worked across the group, including @barbarylondon Neal’s Yard and Notting Hill, before returning home to Rupert Street last year. It means a great deal to me to be hosting the ‘Hosted By’ series with The Watershed Group this year. I first crossed paths with Watershed during my time at Hawksmoor in 2011, working closely with Stephen and supporting programmes across the south of England, from Bournemouth to Birmingham. Those early sessions stayed with me, and I’ve continued that relationship by bringing Watershed’s work into our teams at Studio Paskin. Being asked to host this series really does feel full circle. The series begins on 27 February with Tricia Taylor, someone I’ve long admired. She works internationally with organisations to translate the science of learning into everyday practice, and after 25 years as a teacher, school leader and university lecturer, she has a rare ability to make complex ideas feel both tangible and human.
