Following the success of our first-ever wine dinner, we are delighted to welcome the legendary Champagne house @champagne_billecart_salmon on Thursday, 18 June for our next. Founded in 1818, Billecart-Salmon is one of the most respected independent houses in Champagne, with over two centuries of heritage and seven generations of family ownership. This rare continuity has allowed the house to remain true to its founding vision, preserving its identity in an ever-evolving industry. ​​​​​ From delicate, expressive cuvées to deeper, more complex vintages, each pairing is crafted to elevate both the dish and the wine, creating a seamless dialogue between kitchen and cellar. Down an alleyway in London’s Chinatown, discerning diners can venture into @evelynstable , one of the city’s most unassuming restaurants. ⁠ ⁠ Located in the basement of the Blue Posts pub, the restaurant, which opened in 2018, has a cocoon-like effect, insulating its 12 guests from everything other than the two-and-a-half-hour tasting menu. ⁠ ⁠ The dining experience is the vision of @seamussam , the third chef to helm Evelyn’s Table since its inception. ⁠ ⁠ Read more by @emilyzemler at the link in our bio ⁠ ⁠ #londonrestaurants
