Thomas browses through Josef Albers’ classic ‘Interaction of Color’—and selects quotes that fit. And ones that don’t fit at all. Thank you for your interest, passion and dedication 🙌) Studio Mut DESIGN INTERNSHIP starting March 2026 in Bolzano, Italy. You will be joining our team of 6 designers, and do everything from the design to talking to clients, planing projects, and picking up the phone. We are looking for a talented creative person with a desire to do crazy good graphic design: identity, still, motion, digital, exhibition, books, and everything else we want to do. You should speak English — German or Italian is a plus. You should be in your last years of university, or freshly graduated (if you are younger or older, apply anyways). We are working together at our studio in Bolzano, please do not apply if you want to do a remote internship. THE INTERNSHIP lasts 6 months (with a 3 month trial period) and is paid 750 Euro per month after taxes (that means that we pay eventual taxes and insurance for you). Bolzano is in South Tyrol (Südtirol, Alto Adige), Northern Italy. We work Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 6 PM. We don’t work late nights or weekends. Free lunch at the studio kitchen. You will be credited on the projects you have worked on. You will eventually come along to presentations, talks and workshops. Previous interns have started their own studios, work at major agencies, started teaching or work with us full-time.
