Studio Semaphore is currently delivering wayfinding for Assemble across multiple projects, including Macaulay Road Kensington, Thompson Street Kensington, Ballarat Street Brunswick, Whitehall Street Footscray and Sydney Road Coburg.
Most recently, Semaphore implemented signage for the Assemble’s new office spaces (designed by @jcbarchitects ), featuring a vivid blue wordmark that is unmistakably Assemble.
We’re proud to be supporting Assemble’s vision for a fairer and more accessible housing future through thoughtful, enduring design.

The Semaphore team recently spent an afternoon at R L Foote Design Studio, learning about the intricate processes behind slip casting and bubble glazing. Big thanks to Ryan for opening up his incredible studio and sharing the care, precision and artistry that goes into his craft. We had an absolute ball.

Semaphore’s Brisbane team has been busy working on the wayfinding for the Queen Elizabeth II Jubilee Hospital expansion.
The $619 million project will deliver new facilities and upgraded services, including a five-level clinical services building, more beds and wards, expanded surgery and intensive care units, and upgraded support areas.
It’s rewarding to see our work contribute to such an important investment in healthcare for the Brisbane community.
