I received a @closetcorepatterns membership for my birthday and this is my second make! These are the Therese Pants with a cute invisible zipper at the hem. My first invisible zippers - you are never too old to learn something new. I paired it with a @sinclairpatterns Harper Cardigan and a @helens__closet Ashton Top. (I had to add an inch band, my torso was longer than expected) The solid fabric was from my stash - @oursocialfabric dead stock french terry. The best feeling is receiving random compliments on a me made outfit while out and about! ❤️

Me Made May Day 16 - I missed the sunshine this morning and the dry cloud this afternoon so an indoor reel due to rain it is! This is all me mades, for a comfy day with kids. Featuring another make I haven’t yet taken a picture of - the York Pinafore by @helens__closet . I wearing this and have planned a few of the hacks on her blog for the summer. It elevated what would be a leggings and top day.

#memademay day 14! This is the gorgeous Delia from @sinclairpatterns in cupro slub from @surgefabricshop I am soooo obsessed with this top! The fabric is perfection and the top is amazing. I love the modest cowl and the shoulder coverage. The skirt is a self-drafted circle skirt with modal spandex also from Surge ◡̈
My newest @stylefalcon Sublime Shell. I had a chambray blouse I made about 2 years ago at a workshop that I was never really happy about the way it fit. I took it apart and used what I could but didn't have enough for the front so I used a scrap of poplin shirting from my stash for the front. I'm really pleased with the way it turned out.
On my way to the dentist so I threw on my @sinclairpatterns journey hoodie. I liked how well it matched so I took another picture ☺️.

I finally took a bunch of pictures of some of the things I have been sewing for myself. In honor of Me Made May I thought I would share.
I have had a lull in my quilting schedule and to be honest it’s been nice to squeeze in some sewing for myself and finish up my garden. Speaking of my garden, I took most of these pictures in my garden to show you why I have been so quiet lately. 🤗😂😅 This is my favorite time of year for sewing and sowing. 💗🪡🌱🌻
A lot of these pieces were made up in fabric I got at Joann’s before they closed and it’s very bittersweet. I will list the patterns below but if you have specific questions, feel free to ask. I could go on and on about fabric choice, tweaks I made to the patterns, sizing etc. but I am sure most people just want to look at the pictures. 😍
