Building with intention looks like this. 🌿✨
At the #SelfMadeBreakfastTour,
@BirchBabe wasn’t just a booth; it was a story.
This brand started long before the spotlight. It began with their mom, Debbie, a self‑described nature lover and adventurer who hiked solo from the southern tip of Patagonia to the northern tip of Chile. That experience changed everything. Witnessing waste in the world and seeing communities live consciously inspired her to create skincare that is good for people and the planet. When she got home, she quit her job, dove into formulation, and started crafting clean, all‑natural products for herself, friends, and eventually local markets.
Fast forward, her daughters, Kelsey and Lindsay, joined forces during the pandemic to rebrand and grow Birch Babe into the award‑winning, family‑run clean beauty brand it is today.
Together they’ve kept sustainability at the core, crafting vegan, cruelty‑free products made right in Ontario with low‑waste, thoughtfully sourced ingredients.
And just when the world was looking, they stepped into a major spotlight, taking their passion project to the 🚨 Dragons’ Den stage 🚨 where they shared their values, their vision, and their commitment to accessible, sustainable beauty with a national audience.
Talking with founder
@kelseylirvine it wasn’t just about products on shelves. It was about why they exist: to make clean beauty uncomplicated, intentional, and something that actually feels good to use every day.
