Great to reach a significant milestone on the Central Markets Arcade Redevelopment in Adelaide with the structure now officially topped out. This moment represents a huge team effort — from early planning and design coordination through to execution on site. It’s a credit to the collaboration between @icdproperty , @cityofadelaide , @multiplexconstruction__au , @woodsbagot , Merricks Capital, consultants and the broader project team who’ve worked hard to get us to this point. Topping out is always a significant step, but it’s also a reminder that there’s still plenty to be done as we move into the next phase of the project.

🚨 NEW PROJECT ANNOUNCEMENT - SPENCER STREET HOSTEL 🚨 We’re proud to announce another significant heritage project in the heart of Melbourne’s CBD. Originally built in 1855, the historic Sir Charles Hotham Hotel has had many lives – and now, we’ve been engaged to lead its careful restoration and redevelopment into a 192-bed hostel and student accommodation with an additional 6 hotel-style suites. Our works will include: • Restorations to brickwork, balconies and heritage windows • Replacement of Asbestos roofing • Installation of a new DDA compliant lift • Interior refurbishments • A new lightweight retail/back-of-house structure • Fit-out of two new cold shell retail tenancies • Bathroom and change room upgrades With live retail tenancies on site, tight CBD access, and the challenges of heritage restoration works – this project will require meticulous staging and technical expertise.
