I spent the evening engraving Tangle Teezer brushes at a chic kickoff party for The Devil Wears Prada 2 weekend. Each piece was personalized live as guests sipped, mingled, and embraced their main character moment.

Creating this collection was extra special. During the pandemic I spent almost every night at home in my parents basement painting. That’s when I first came up with the idea of creating original happy face pieces with my art in the background. I did a drop of 8 of them, and the response was incredible! If you are an owner of one of the OGs, DM me!!!
Fast forward to now… happy faces have become a signature part of my brand. I’ve always wanted to create a series of sports-themed happy faces, and after seeing the response across IG and TikTok, AND the results from this drop, I know all the hard work paid off!!
I definitely hope to do more releases like this soon. Maybe prints, maybe acrylic versions 👀 but for now… I’m getting married next week so it’s time to (try) put work on pause for a bit ⏸️🤷🏻♀️
