@guggiebedancing is the owner of Latin Rhythm Dance Studio, as well as a dance instructor alongside his partner Ana. Both are internationally recognized salsa dancers who have been using
@raybanmeta glasses to capture snippets from performances and practices, all without breaking their flow.
“Whether I’m teaching or performing, I don’t have to stop and set anything up—it’s just natural. That makes a huge difference in dance, where timing and authenticity matter. Especially when I have to lift Ana over my head.”
The pair use AI glasses to stay present while documenting authentic moments—and also for planning ahead, using
@meta.ai for hands-free access to things like like weather predictions and in-the-moment research.
“Instead of thinking like a content creator in the moment, I can just focus on teaching, performing, or connecting with people—and still get high-quality footage. That balance has been really valuable for me.”
The studio also uses
@meta.ai to build out captions for their videos, and to present what they do “in a more engaging way.”
@instagram is where they bring everything together—performances, class moments, social events, and the culture of the studio, creating content that has been inspiring people to take a first step into dance.
“When we traveled for our Europe tour we met people from Spain, Italy and Greece who found us through Reels, showed up nervous, and now are students/friends. Being able to witness that full-circle moment—from digital connection to real-life impact—is something I don’t take for granted.”
