Our CEO, Lam Chee Weng, was awarded the Medal of Commendation at the NTUC May Day Awards 2026.
This national recognition underscores our continued commitment to building a progressive workplace that advances the holistic development, livelihoods and future readiness of our #PeopleOfSgpools.
Singapore Pools has strengthened fair and sustainable wage practices in line with National Wages Council recommendations and the Progressive Wage Model, while enhancing employee benefits to comprehensively support the overall well-being of its workforce.
During the COVID-19 pandemic, jobs and incomes were safeguarded across the organisation, with additional support extended to part-time employees. This reinforces our commitment to care for our people through challenging times.
Beyond wages, we have expanded flexible work arrangements, strengthened the collaboration between union and our management, and invested significantly in workforce transformation. Through structured career pathways and accessible learning platforms, our employees are empowered to continuously upskill and stay future-ready.
#SingaporePools remains committed to creating better jobs, better wages, and better workplaces for our people.

Together with Housing & Development Board and Speaker Seah Kian Peng, we welcomed Senior Minister of State for National Development and Transport, Ms Sun Xueling, to Serangoon Central Village yesterday.
Launched on 12 April 2026, Serangoon Central Village is managed by Singapore Pools as the master tenant, bringing together a refreshed wet market, food hub, and community spaces designed to better serve residents and strengthen neighbourhood connections.
During her visit, Ms Sun toured the wet market and food hub, meeting stallholders and community partners who play an important role in the neighbourhood. She also visited Hub With A Heart @ Serangoon, a youth community space where Singapore Pools partners TOUCH Community Services to support meaningful engagement and stronger community connections.
Through collaborations with partners and stakeholders, Singapore Pools hopes to contribute to a welcoming and inclusive community space where people of all ages can gather, connect, and support one another.

Singapore Pools has been named in The Straits Times and Statista’s Singapore’s Best Employers 2026 list.
The Singapore’s Best Employers 2026 list has been selected through an independent study conducted on a broad sample of employees working in companies with at least 200 employees in Singapore. With more than 2,000 employers considered, and over 600,000 recommendations collected for evaluations, we're thrilled to announce that Singapore Pools ranked among the top 250 recognised companies in this extensive study.
This recognition is especially meaningful because it is shaped by employee recommendations and reflects the experiences of the people who make up our organisation. It is also a testament to our employees' dedication to our social mission - to provide safe and trusted betting to counter illegal gambling and do good for the community.
As we continue to grow and evolve as an organisation, we remain committed to fostering an exciting, vibrant and caring workplace where employees earn, learn and laugh together. We look forward to building on this success and continuing to make Singapore Pools a #GreatPlaceToWork where everyone feels valued and inspired. 💙

That’s a wrap on two meaningful days of Weekend With A Heart 2026, a celebration of community, sport and giving back!
This year’s Football With A Heart brought together 56 corporate teams, alongside youth players, charity matches and friendly fixtures, creating an exciting weekend filled with purpose both on and off the pitch. Together, we raised a total of $1.28million to support youth-centric programmes by @access.sgp , @sgminds , @riverlifecs , @scapesg , @sportcares , and @ygs_sg .
Beyond the football action, visitors also enjoyed community sports try-outs, carnival-style activities, a Telematch MLBB, and a lively line-up of live performances by youth.
A sincere thank you to our guests of honour, organising partners, volunteers, players, sponsors and supporters for making Weekend With A Heart 2026 such a memorable success.
Here’s to continuing the spirit of community, connection and collective impact.

Some of the most meaningful wins happen off the pitch. ⚽💙
At Weekend With A Heart, we are proud to support @sportcares , the philanthropic arm of Sport Singapore, which uses sport as a force for social good. Through its programmes, SportCares empowers children and youth at-risk, isolated seniors, and persons with disabilities and special needs by creating opportunities through the power of sport.

We were thrilled to welcome footballers to the Singapore Pools Football With a Heart corporate and youth tournaments held at the National Stadium, The Kallang today.
