The Body Is A Costume’. A collaboration between @lydia_garnett & @angelchiron
The piece explores how body language shifts and changes through clothing, movement and building a bond with the camera. We looked at how different items make you move and how you become a different characters depending on the instinctive way your body responds to the clothes it’s put in.
The face is a facade really,
a mask.
When I think of face, I think of an image.
I rarely think of it as the place
from which one looks out,
the place from which I see you.
In a way, the body is a costume.
If the body is a costume,
then my clothing could be
thought of as my soul.
