JOYRIDE XL SUNDAY: LINE-UP REVEAL In honour of our last ever party at Corsica Studios, our 3rd birthday and an excuse to spoil ourselves when we deserve it most, we’ve assembled a line-up of insane significance. @bashkka , @gideon.works , @claude_knight b2b @noahpriddle , @jakereed.dj . One of the most vital selectors of this generation, we’re beyond excited to welcome @bashkkaa . Munich-born and shaped by a decade in New York, her sound is daring, incisive, and deeply rooted in queer resistance and the Black and Brown origins of dance music. From Panorama Bar to @glastofest , @dkmntl to @adonis.adonis.adonis , BASHKKA’s sets are nothing short of historic. Alongside her, one of the true architects of UK queer rave culture: @gideon.works . A carrier of house and queer nightlife culture with over three decades of digging, broadcasting, and building spaces where music, activism, and community collide. From co-founding @block9official ’s legendary nightlife institutions, to shaping @adonis.adonis.adonis , running the @homo.centric imprint, and programming for Meltdown Festival, NTS, BBC Radio 1 and beyond - Gideon plays with heart, purpose, and deep cultural memory. We couldn’t mark this milestone without our day-one residents @claude_knight b2b @noahpriddle . Their sound has filled our dancefloor from the very beginning: fast, bassy, playful, s*xy, free - as always. Opening duties go to @jakereed.dj . A 90s connoisseur with a love for playful vocals, feel-good piano house, and slivers of speed garage, house, and trance. Jake’s energy has carried him from grassroots queer parties to major festivals like @fieldmaneuvers and Glastonbury, the perfect way to set the pace. It’ll always be hard to fully capture the energy of @joyride.rave with words. Energy is felt: received by the skin and senses, stored in the cells and recalled when mind and body reminisce.
