This morning, Chef @blynk2013 and Marketing & Brand Experience Director @msaltendorf lit up @kare11 with all things summer entertaining! We explored the latest summer trends, starting with refreshing wellness shots perfect for boosting your immune system and promoting circulation. The Mediterranean spread was a showstopper, featuring an array of enticing dips— from labneh with sizzled chili to sweet potato hummus, all accompanied by vibrant veggies and crispy pita chips. Next, we showcased picnic perfection with local breads and gourmet cheeses, highlighted by an irresistible asparagus mimosa platter that captures the essence of summer. Chef @blynk2013 ’s cute toasts stole the show with crostini topped with fluffy whipped ricotta, pickled peppers, and fresh basil—simple yet sophisticated. Salad lovers were not forgotten, with a bountiful beet and citrus salad drizzled with pistachios, and a little gem Caesar topped with crunchy Parmesan breadcrumbs. We capped off the segment with an array of stunning @pastryleah desserts, featuring a rich celebration cake and delightful mini cakes. We are still buzzing from the fabulous launch of the @damicohospitality “Supper Club” at @milldistricteventspaces last night! As hospitality partner, D’Amico Hospitality will manage venue operations for select events, providing culinary, beverage, and hospitality services in this historic space. Picture this: a vibrant mix of vintage charm and playful glamour, where a classic supper club collided with a mischievous campy showgirl! Our guests were surrounded by whimsical decor, stunning installations, and yes—lots of cheeky tiger motifs (no actual tigers, but trust us, the vibe was fierce!). 🐅 The culinary adventure began with passed hors d’oeuvres that tantalized, featuring delights like pickle dip crostini and colossal shrimp scampi. A roaming caviar service rolled through the crowd, keeping spirits high. Guests crafted their perfect plates at our pasta bar, which served up dreams of cacio e pepe and braised lamb ragu! Our dessert den was the crown jewel of the night, with Chef Leah’s world-famous cakes and baked Alaska pops that had everyone snapping photos faster than you can say “supper club.” A heartfelt thank you to all our incredible vendor partners who made this night a whirlwind of unforgettable moments and delicious fun! A Summer Menu Tasting at @machineshopmpls đŸŒžđŸŠđŸ„‚ In April, we proudly announced an exclusive partnership with Machine Shop, overseeing all operations. Radiant, bright and steeped in warm hospitality, this soirĂ©e was a joyous celebration of seasonal flavors! Guests were treated to an array of passed hors d’oeuvres, including ahi tuna crispy rice topped with spicy aioli, golden carrot arancini drizzled with saffron, and cucumber cups filled with succulent lobster salad. Other delights included stuffed peppadew peppers, tomato water vegetable skewers drizzled with dill oil, gnoccho fritto paired with prosciutto and Parmesan — and a roaming oyster shucker. Our Minnesota market table was a feast for the eyes and the taste buds with zesty dilly beans, a vibrant beet salad bursting with citrus and herbs, local cheeses, and Kramarczuk sausages. We also showcased artisanal breads with whipped butter, fresh veggies paired with savory yogurt bagna cauda, along with delightful toasts and sandwiches. Chef Leah’s farmer’s market dessert table was filled with summer-inspired sweets — key lime blackberry pie, strawberry rhubarb meringue, and strawberry thyme shortcakes, alongside petite cakes, cookies and brownies. To quench our thirst, guests savored refreshing agua frescas and signature cocktails such as pomegranate lime spritz and passionfruit elderflower martini, along with a cold brew station.
