If someone calls the 10‑digit non‑emergency line with a real emergency, the AI instantly transfers them to a live dispatcher—saving crucial seconds. Eric goes fully live by Memorial Day weekend and costs the county $60,000 per year as part of its investment in next‑generation emergency communication.
