New interview for
@beatmagazine has shaken off the festival hangover and is up and about!
Eternal gratitude and infinite cigarette loop to Jim Knox. I am so grateful for your generosity: paracetamols to revive me through the long festival nights, chinottos, flyers, pistachios, pasta, griel marcus’ ‘lipstick traces: a secret history of the 20th century’ (phil brophy’s favourite book I am told), the sunday painters, the slugfuckers, the data stick full of brain-busting movies, and most valuable of all, your time. Thank you for letting me into your world and allowing me to archive it. Such a pleasure to document and chat to such an understated figure in the Australian cultural landscape.

Having the opportunity to interview at golden plains was (excuse my language) fucking AWESOME. They’re the best festivals this country has got. I’m still dancing about!
