This is a movie I made in 2023 called ‘Night City’, shot in Saigon. I’ve never really shared it publicly until now because I always felt it was unfinished - I had no plan going in and I didn’t really know how to get the kind of cinematic image I wanted back then. But revisiting it earlier today I decided that those things don’t matter and it should live out in the open. I hope you like it!

get this: i’m hosting an event called ‘Tyler and friends’ at seventh gallery in Richmond on March 27
it’s going to mostly revolve around screening shorts from local filmmakers, but there will also be comedy, music and ‘sound art’ (whatever that is). it will be very good
it’s like the show I did last year called ‘Tyler’s show’ but this time other people are involved. except I’m still the centre of attention (as it should be)
