It’s FOUR YEARS for the next 21 seconds of your life. . (more on this incredible conference soon!) . But the whole two days closed out in the most EPIC of ways with THE @allysonfelix recording a LIVE podcast with Jess! As in the most decorated Track & Field Olympian in U.S. history, Allyson Felix.. As in ELEVEN-time Olympic medalist, Allyson Felix. 🤯🤯🤯 🥇 . In that interview, she told us that her fastest event takes 4 years to prepare for… and just 21 seconds to run. But that if you’ve done the work, if you put in the preparation… that 21 seconds just gets to be the fun part. Executing on what you were created to do. . I can’t quite put into words just how thankful I am for @marymarantz & @laylee_emadi They were the keynote speakers at Reset this year and they knocked it out of the park…just like I knew they would. ❤️ When I started dreaming about who would be on stage, I kept coming back to these two beautiful, powerhouse women who lead with such empathy and grace. And they showed up in so many ways beyond the keynote. From encouraging texts and conversations with me leading up to the event, to sitting in classes and being the ultimate hype girls to their fellow speakers, to sitting and listening and having such heartfelt conversations with attendees…these two showed up ready to love and serve. I’m forever grateful to count these women as my friends. ❤️ Thank you both for setting the tone for this year’s Reset!

Day 1 at Reset 🤍 Monday began with a powerful message from our keynote speaker, Mary Marantz—encouraging us to name our fears, bring them into the light, and trust that the dreams placed on our hearts are there for a purpose.
