Excited to announce that @confluxartprojects will be working together with @callelibre to bring @francofasolijaz back to Vienna! . In May of 2013, INOPERAbLe first brought Jaz to Vienna for a solo show, a group exhibit at @galerie_hilger_next , and to paint a few murals around town. This mural went hand in hand with his solo show “Cult to the Character” and was painted on our rotating wall at Siebensterngasse (more info on that as well soon 😉) . The murals center around the everyday Sparrow building a new home and also taking a leap of faith in to that new chapter of life. Almost exactly 10 years ago I collaborated with @avenuepvd to bring @bezt_etam & @nataliarakart to Providence, RI. These murals ushered in a new era of public art in this city and we changed the landscape forever. . Sadly, today marks my last day as an employee at TAC, as leadership has decided to no longer maintain a position managing and curating murals. Stay tuned though, I’m not done putting paint on walls 😉 . Forever grateful to @yarrowthorne for all that he did to make these murals happen over the years and for putting his trust in me. And to all the people involved behind the scenes. And of course to all the ARTISTS!! Without you, there are no murals, just grey walls. . We managed to do a ton of work over the years and change the city that started it all for me.
