The third issue is out!
A lot of work went into this, and I hope that anyone who takes a moment to flip through it—and maybe dive a little deeper—discovers something new about the amazing people who shape this city’s scene and becomes a bit curious to know about each persons journey and not only what they play and produce.
This will be the last zine for a while, as I’ll be making my way back to Colombia for some time in the coming month. But I’ll do my absolute best to come back and continue this project.
Send me a message if you’d like a copy or find it at one these beautiful shops:

OFF TEMPO SERIES #3
Innezz
When I met Innezz, we were surrounded by the sound of rock and metal bands rehearsing in nearby studios. Even with the noise bleeding through the walls, we quickly got lost in conversation, and what was meant to be a short chat turned into a long exchange where time just flew by.
We ended up yapping about the scene in the city, the parties she’s been part of, and the different moments and opportunities that slowly shaped her path. Through projects like Azul Radio and Azulrecs, Innezz has been creating space for people who haven’t always had one in the scene — especially women and other underrepresented communities.
Our conversation moved between stories from nights out, reflections on how the scene has evolved, and the importance of building platforms that open doors for others. Along the way, she also shared a bit about her Amazigh roots and how that identity feeds into the way she thinks about music, culture, and community.
absolutely buzzing and honoured to be included on the @basscoastfest lineup this year 🐛🐝✨
it’s safe to say that this festival has been more than just a booking for me. it’s truly been a place where i’ve genuinely grown as a person and as a dj. showing up year after year as part of the community, from just a wee lil festie attendee, to dj, to gate manager, and now back on the lineup after 6 years feels so surreal to me!!
so grateful to be a part of something that continues to inspire me on and off the dancefloor 💕🐝
see you soon ✨

Episode 94 of Silicon Radio with special guest INNEZZ @innenezza 🇨🇦 on @samewaveradio 📡 Wednesday, March 11th, 2026 @ 7:00PM PDT.
INNEZZ is a Vancouver-based DJ whose sets move fluidly between hypnotic grooves, high-energy club pressure, and playful left turns. Shaped by her North African roots and time spent in Vancouver and New York, she brings warmth, instinct, and unpredictability to selections filled with acid basslines, warped percussion, and deep dancefloor cuts. A rising fixture in Vancouver’s underground, she has played festivals including Bass Coast and Snowbombing and hosts the monthly radio show Azul Radio.
A big shout out to Innezz for joining us on this episode! 💖✨
MEME Headliner Announcement: INNEZZ
Based in Vancouver, INNEZZ is a DJ, curator, and visual artist whose sound orbits around deep rhythm, warm low-end, and the kind of slow-building tension that transforms a room without announcing itself. With over a decade in the Pacific Northwest’s underground, she has developed a style rooted in restraint, intuition, and a genuine love for long-form dance floor storytelling. Her work extends beyond the booth. Azul, originally born as a radio show, is now evolving into a forthcoming label dedicated to spotlighting the talent, textures, and wide-ranging sounds of Vancouver and the broader PNW. Her aim is simple: to amplify what already exists here and to give this region’s artists a home that can resonate far beyond local borders.
INNEZZ has performed across North America at festivals, clubs, and DIY spaces, each environment reinforcing her belief in community-led scenes and the power of intentional musical spaces. Whether playing a late-night afterhours, a festival stage, or an intimate room, she creates sets that prioritize groove, subtlety, and emotional momentum.
INNEZ makes her first ever appearance in Winnipeg on June 5th at The Warehouse. Tier 2 tickets are 75% sold out! Get your tickets via the link in our bio or at memetic.ca
There are artists who move a room without ever announcing themselves. @innenezza is one of them 🙂↕️
Years deep in Vancouver’s underground, her ear is refined, her sets are intentional, and her Azul project has been quietly shaping the Pacific Northwest scene from the inside out.
Tomorrow, she joins @dj.hera & @its.and.x.rea at KOKO’s debut this Saturday at @palmstreetstudiosyvr .
