So about 10 days before my final exams started we decided it would be a good idea to get a few more pictures for this story - and I’m so glad we did. It was such a joy to be able to share Oxford - which you will see from my article in the HTSI this weekend, I’m pretty nostalgic about - with such a lovely, creative team. I had such fun with @baygarnett@tomcraig@neilmoodie@sarahreygate weaving through tourists, changing behind Sarah’s coat in the street and running to get the last bit of the light in the river. It feels like a gift to have such beautiful pictures of my friends and life in Oxford - admittedly abit glammed up. Thank-you so much to everyone who made this happen:
@jellison22 and @ellie_pithers for their help editing my writing, and to everyone behind the scenes @isa_kountoure@benjamincanares !!! And to be able to highlight second hand clothes and vintage in this way, with such wonderful styling from @baygarnett . Needless to say, pretty excited about this one. :)
Just taking a second to post some things I did this autumn and winter! I loved this beautiful story for @wellcurated.co.uk focusing on community knitwear collectives and slow fashion. Thanks for such a lovely day and taking such good care of me! @camillahewitt@katedavismacleod@tarakd4@wellcurated.co.uk
Also a special thank-you to my friends for being in this one - and for being such a joy and support throughout my four years in Oxford. To Wadham College and to the Lamb and Flag too.
I was lucky enough to be part of Oxfam‘s @oxfamgb fashion show a few weeks ago, entitled #styleforchange. It was so inspiring to meet so much people with such a great energy and with such positivity about the work that Oxfam is doing. It’s such a great charity, and their efforts to promote second hand shopping, sustainability, and reducing consumer waste is so important. Well done to @baygarnett for styling so many great second hand looks and thankyou to all who worked on the show!
