Really fast turnaround on this one.
Off the back of my last little film, I was lucky enough to be commissioned by the brilliant @sarahemilygreen__ of @art___mama This time my subject matter was Christina Dobbs @dobbschristina - an amazing painter that was really generous in giving me access to her beautiful process. Her upcoming show, “Nothing is Stable,” is on at @filet_space 08.07.22 - 10.07.22
We shot this on 16mm film again, but this time integrating old home videos - both phone videos of the artist’s children/subject matters as well as Super-8 footage from Christina’s own childhood.
