Citlivost a zranitelnost. Dvě věci, na kterých by měla stát společnost. Chceme více lidí, kteří dokážou plakat, když to potřebují, a mluvit o tom, co je trápí. Lidí, co umějí přiznat, že se spletli nebo něco nevědí, a omluvit se, když je někdo upozorní, že mu ublížili.
Právě z této potřeby vychází i naše květnové číslo – číslo, které se nebojí emocí, jemnosti ani otevřenosti. Vydáváme se v něm napříč světy imaginace i reality, vztahů i těla, smyslů i příběhů a ptáme se, co všechno znamená opravdu cítit.

Sensitivity and vulnerability. Two things a society should be built on. We need more people who can cry when they need to, and talk about what troubles them. People who can admit when they were wrong or don’t know something, and apologize when someone points out that they’ve caused harm.
This is exactly the need our May issue grows from—an issue that isn’t afraid of emotion, softness, or openness. It moves across worlds of imagination and reality, relationships and the body, senses and stories, asking what it truly means to feel.
