Patrick was one of the very first friends I made in LA. love his music so much, and I love how the song turned out. @daggasound mixed, produced and provided INFINITE patience and know-how through the entire process. These songs went through more than a few different iterations, and I think we ended up with something really cool. He's a top guy, folks! @lizeon was nice enough to let us use some of her breathtaking paintings on the cover and inner sleeve. The record looks absolutely incredible, and my hastily taken, poorly-lit photos really don't do it justice. @williamtylertn wrote some very kind and thoughtful words about the album. I've admired William's music for over a decade now, and his record "Impossible Truth" pretty much served as my introduction to the world of solo guitar music. Over the past couple years we've become good friends, and that makes me feel good things about life and music that I have a hard time articulating this early in the morning. I led this workshop for the first time in summer 2023, and it was deeply rewarding and inspiring. I came away with reinvigoration for my own guitar practice through this container of conversation and accountability, and so much connection to other curious musicians.
