A new identity for Spring Lane. Spring Lane Capital is a private equity firm that provides growth financing to clean-tech companies in the advanced energy, waste, water, and food markets. As their platform expanded, they needed an identity that could more clearly express that position—one that felt grounded in environmental context, while carrying the insight and confidence of an investment firm. We worked closely with their team to translate their thinking into something structured and usable across touch-points—clear in communication, but still connected to the natural systems they invest in. At the core of the update is a new typographic foundation paired with a redesigned logo, refining their voice to be more direct, legible, and adaptable across scale. From there, we developed a broader visual system anchored by a neutral palette and set in graphic principles that abstract natural elements into a repeatable system. The system is designed to scale across presentations, reports, and digital environments without losing consistency, while still maintaining a sense of depth and context. An identity designed to support how Spring Lane communicates today, and influences tomorrow. In collaboration with Spring Lane Capital. A closer look at the digital identity and web system created for @powderartfoundation . Designed as an entry point into the Foundation’s collection, the experience brings together artwork, landscape, and orientation into a single, cohesive journey. Information architecture, mindful navigation, and fluid interactions work together to help visitors explore the collection with clarity, while keeping the focus on the work itself and its relationship to the mountain. @powderartfoundation Digital Identity and Systems In partnership with Powder Art Foundation, Excetera helped translate the Foundation’s commitment to public land art, ecological stewardship, and site-responsive practice into a seamless digital experience. Excetera saw an opportunity to transform the web journey into an access point for the immersive artworks embedded across Powder Mountain’s 12,000 acres. The experience provides residents and prospective visitors with cultural context, intuitive navigation, and spatial clarity, while preserving the primacy of the landscape and the artists’ vision. The result is a digital system that extends the Foundation’s mission beyond the physical site, supporting exploration, and meaningful engagement with the prized alpine landscape. Excited to announce our ongoing @powdermountain , @powderhaven , and @powderartfoundation partnership to design unified digital identity and technical systems across each brand. In collaboration with Powder’s creative team, we led design and development of the visual systems, motion signatures, and the underlying digital infrastructure powering the ecosystem—including a GIS-based 3D interactive map (the first of its kind for a resort at this scale) and a gamified lift pass system. ‘Chillin Too Hard’ and ode to warmer weather. Over the summer me & @dev.lfs were able to get our hands on over 40 pounds of real moss (easier to get than you’d assume) and we lugged it too Central Park and covered me in it for a project we are working on for @seriouslyfun.studio
