This new neighborhood is located close to Arclodge, the 73,000-square-foot clubhouse and lodge set to open in 2028, which will serve as the community’s central gathering space.

From Primetime lift’s debut to the brand new Raintree Cookouts, this season was full of highlights. We’re looking forward to skiing and riding again next season, and just around the corner, heading into a summer full of activities and more opportunities to gather together.
Powder Haven is an adventure club where the thrills extend well beyond the lifts. Our members have access to fleets of traditional and electric winter bikes to take out on miles of groomed trails.

Explore your own backyard with confidence. We’re proud to host multi-day AIARE (American Institute for Avalanche Research and Education) courses, tailored for our community’s backcountry goals and the unique characteristics of Powder Haven terrain.
This program builds lifelong safety skills and deepens respect for adventuring in the backcountry, one of many exceptional outdoor education opportunities for our residents.
