Taking a moment to celebrate the brilliant women I have the privilege to work with at Crowdfunder - Happy International Women's Day. π
These women show up every single day to help people, projects, and places raise more, more easily. They are united for good, delighting our project owners, and quietly (and not so quietly) changing things for the better.

Lottie Smith β stepping into people leadership with total confidence and expertise.
Sindy Davis β an absolute cornerstone of what we do.
Chloe Jones β sharp, collaborative, and brilliant to work with.
Alex Watts β making our customers happy with total skill and dedication.
Maria Sharman β always working hard behind the scenes
Rachel Dunford β the engine behind so much of our content and campaigns.
Zoe Rees-Oliver β championing our community of fundraisers every day.
Eve Gregg β bringing creativity and commitment in equal measure.
Rebecca Lisica β landing in New York and hitting the ground running to take Crowdfunder into a whole new market. Watch this space. πΊπΈ

There are some moments when itβs good to take a breath. After an amazing year, during which there have been some undeniably tough moments for the team, where we all had to dig deep and find our βgritβ, my excellent Head of Customer Experience Alex and I visited a local βοΈ beautiful βοΈ reservoir and took a breath during our lunch hour. It was a peaceful and beautiful walk. A reminder that taking a break and getting into nature is always a good idea. Massive thanks to Alex and the team for helping projects raise more this year πβοΈπ
