Started with cocktails at the iconic Lalique Bar! 🍸 The **Pomme De Printemps** was pure spring magic - that Calvados and Yellow Chartreuse combo hit different! The **Imperial Garden** with Toki whisky and strawberry? Perfection in a glass! 🥃 The **Gilded Sunset** - rum, apricot, and champagne bubbles dancing on my tongue! 🥂
🐰 PELPHREY FARM RABBIT PORCHETTA was the star of the night! That herb-crusted rabbit was so tender and flavorful, paired with bright English peas that screamed spring!
🤍 White asparagus ”Landaise“ was pure elegance - buttery spears with that bright blood orange pop!
🐚 Maine sea scallops in that crispy kataifi crust? Absolutely divine! The morels added such earthy depth!
🦐 California spot prawn was a revelation - that Ibérico jamón craquelin was crispy heaven, and the pistachios added the perfect crunch!
🥩 SCHARBAUER RANCH WAGYU BEEF STRIPLOIN** - OMG! Binchotan charred to perfection, that chimichurri-bordelaise sauce was liquid gold! Every bite melted in my mouth! 😍
🐟 Nova Scotia halibut was buttery perfection - braised so tenderly with those delicate crayfish and fluffy Parisienne gnocchi!
🍓 OISHII STRAWBERRY dessert was pure spring poetry! Those perfect berries with pine needle crème? Genius! The caramelized arlette added the most amazing texture!
🌿 Rhubarb dessert was tart-sweet heaven - that honey grapefruit sherbet was so refreshing, and the jasmine meringue!
Chef @danielboulud and his team continue to blow minds! This spring menu celebrates the season‘s finest flavors with French technique perfection! 🇫🇷
