Meet the artist and creative team behind Molecular Clouds, an immersive interactive projection that brings invisible greenhouse gases to life as colourful, swirling molecular forms. As audiences reach out to ‘touch’ these drifting shapes, they symbolically remove them from the atmosphere — offering a playful yet powerful sense of agency in the face of climate change.

How to enter the machine?
As you approach Latent Space, you will encounter a computer interface that invites you to select a symbol to enter the machine model.
I worked with Chris Ball to build this 3D printed keyboard, which selects video states to play back on my Dads 90s computer monitor. Yes the keys are clacky.

We made a thing with about 200 people in Ryebank Fields last weekend - took everyone on a lantern lit tour of the fields with our new lights, looking for bats and moths, and spotting UV art by @qubekmanchester with @friends_of_ryebank_fields . Finished with singing with Jules Gibb.
Huge thanks to @chrisballprojects as always for being a brilliant collaborator, @leeway_creative for having our backs and Sam Kestrel Films for the excellent footage.
This community green space is important to us all and we don’t want to lose it when there are many many derelict brownfield sites to build on! This felt like an important way of coming together to stand for something in our area that we believe in trying to save together and thank you for turning out to show support and be part of it!

7pm meet at Ryebank Community Garden for a spookily magical walk around Ryebank Fields.
Be part of a Things That Go On Things artivism installation where we spell out the words SAVE RYEBANK FIELDS in recycled bottle lights (provided) and then join us in a lantern lit bat and moth walk!
If you have a UV torch at home (often found in kids spy kits!) then please bring it as well, as we are lucky enough to be joined by @qubekmanchester who has created a secret hidden art trail to find with your UV torch!
We will end the night with a couple of songs with legendary Chorlton musician Jules Gibb!
Bring yourselves and a friend, wrap up warm, kids and dogs welcome, bring a flask if you want a drink! Dressing up is encouraged! Prize for best costume

Last year I spent several weeks with the team at @realmpictures creating the ultimate Haunted House experience for the upcoming Alone In The Dark game. The build/filming was three weeks of late nights and hard work, but with the loveliest people you could imagine - and the output speaks for itself. This is a project I've been working on for some time, with @christosquier & @teppeikatori . Particle Shrine is at Science Gallery London (@scigallerylon ) until January. Using our own cosmic ray detectors and streamed data from the Super Kamiokande experiment we sonify and excite a hall of mirrors. Visuals are provided by a representation of the super-k in the centre of the room. Lots of parts but lots of fun.
