Excited to share my favorite (and perhaps the most meaningful) story I’ve ever written, which you can find in the Sunday Styles section of @nytimes today.
In March, I spent the day with 50 @brooklynstrollclub dads and their kids. It was an inspiring group of men — people who are dedicated to being present, breaking generational patterns and building a community.
The experience felt deeply personal. Just three days before the meetup, I said goodbye to my Papa, my grandfather who was a dad to me in so many ways. Before he died, I told him all about this story.
Being in the Sunday Styles section is absolutely surreal, and I am incredibly grateful for the opportunity to write and share this story. And it wouldn’t have been possible without the fabulous @cenicola_outtakes , a NYT photographer of more than 25 years who drove from Beacon to Williamsburg to spend the morning with me and capture the magic.
I’ll remember this experience and feeling forever. 🤍
It was an absolute joy — and the honor of my life — to interview Gloria Steinem in her home and join a talking circle she hosted. I wrote about it for @nytimes .
Proud of what I’m building on Substack with Extra Credit + excited to share it with all of you. For now, I’m the only writer, editor and graphic designer. It’s been a blast so far, and I have a feeling this is just the beginning. Subscribe + share it with your friends. 🔗 Link in bio.

It is always an honor and a privilege to sit down with @gloriasteinem . I recently discussed beauty and age with her for @allure , and it’s a conversation I’ll never forget.
“Early in my career, I was hiding behind big glasses and hair, only showing up when I spoke,” she said, adding that she always tried to speak alongside a woman from a different background, so that together, they looked like the country.
“It was always frustrating to have people comment on how I looked instead of what I said,” she added. “And sometimes you can shame people out of it by just naming it: How are you reporting on me in a way you wouldn’t if I were a man?”

Yesterday we celebrated the launch of our 2026 State of Modern Parenthood Report.
Based on insights from more than 1,600 parents, this year’s report explores how technology, partnership, and identity are shaping the modern parenting experience.
A big thank you to Alexis Benveniste, who authored this year’s report, and to everyone who joined us to dig into what parents really need today.
Because supporting babies starts with supporting the people raising them.
