Andersen received 1st Place for Large Business in @ibrnews ’s Top Companies in the Treasure Valley for 2026! This recognition reflects the dedication, collaboration, and culture our team brings to every project and community we serve. Thank you to our incredible employees, clients, and partners who make achievements like this possible.
Last week, we attended the @oame1987 Trade Show & Luncheon. We connected with industry partners, small businesses, and community leaders from across the region. The event was a great opportunity to build new relationships and continue conversations across our industry. Thank you to everyone who stopped by to meet our team.
The Vancouver Clinic Camas 2 facility officially broke ground this past Thursday!
Set to open in fall 2027, the three-story 45,000 SF healthcare facility will bring expanded primary and specialty care services to the growing community. Congratulations to our onsite team, The Vancouver Clinic, @nexcore_group , and @zgfarchitects !
We’re concluding #ConstructionSafetyWeek with the theme, “Respect” in our Oregon Region. Respecting the plan means looking out for one another, communicating openly, and creating a jobsite where everyone feels empowered to speak up and take action.
Our Core Values “Everyone is Treated as an Individual with Dignity & Respect” and “We Do It Safely, or We Don’t Do It” are reflected in the way our teams work together every day.
Thank you for following along this week!
Featuring our @horizonhouse_sea West Tower project for Day 4 of #ConstructionSafetyWeek. Our team participated in OSHA’s National Safety Stand-Down to prevent falls. Huge thanks to Jeff Elliott from @3m for delivering an excellent demonstration. The session provided a valuable refresher on the ABCs—Anchor, Body Harness, and Connector.
The weighted drop test comparing different connectors was particularly impactful—providing a hands-on look at equipment performance and prompting strong engagement across the team.
We also appreciate the support and participation from 3M and @acmetool in making this a successful and informative event.
It’s Day 3 of #ConstructionSafetyWeek. Our project team and trade partners at the @oregonstate University Jen-Hsun Huang and Lori Mills Huang Collaborative Innovation Complex gathered to discuss the theme—“Respond”.
Responding is about taking action early—staying aware, making adjustments as conditions change, and building safety into every step of the plan. By focusing on thoughtful planning and clear communication, we create a safer, more reliable jobsite for everyone.
Today for #ConstructionSafetyWeek, we’re highlighting our Idaho Region at the @saintalphonsus Nampa Hospital Expansion project, focusing on the theme—“Recognize”.
“Recognize” is about staying aware of what’s happening around us—being present, communicating with your team before work begins, and setting expectations. When we take the time to understand our environment and look out for one another, we build a stronger foundation for safe, consistent work across every jobsite.
Thank you to David Kearns, Area Director of OSHA, @milwaukeetool , and @acmetool for joining us and reinforcing these important efforts.
We are excited to kick off #ConstructionSafetyWeek 2026. We want to take a moment on Day One to recognize our 2025 Safety Champions. These project teams set new standards of excellence. They lead by example, make thoughtful decisions, and look out for the people around them. Congratulations to all teams and to the MVPs. MVPs are individuals who were selected by their teams as people who drive team culture.

@constructionsafetyweek is a time to Recognize, Respond, and Respect. It creates space to identify habits that make a difference on every jobsite. It is also a chance to celebrate the people and partnerships that make safe work possible year-round.
Keep an eye out for more moments from our teams throughout the week.
We are committed to inspiring a new generation of craft workers and construction managers, and the @idaho_agc ’s annual Construction Combine does just that. Several of our Boise employees spent the last 2 days working with high school students to build sheds and learn more about employment opportunities in the industry. It was wonderful to be part of this event and spend time with young people interested in the trades!
@greenscaleusa , the new hydroponic-aquaculture facility in Boise, is now open and operating!
This project brings together a fish house, greenhouses, and a vegetable house to support a more efficient and sustainable approach to growing food.
Great work to our project team and partners: @cushingterrell@mcmillenofficial@boisechamber

We hosted the first field trip for the @seattlepublicschools Construction Trades program at our @uofwa Haggett Hall project, including a “lunch on the job” with the team. More than 40 students and chaperones connected with trades and project management team members for a firsthand look at what it takes to bring a project like this to life. Thank you for visiting and joining us on site!
Living by our Core Values, “We establish long-term relationships”, our mentoring program hosted speed mentoring events in each of our regions. Mentees had the chance to rotate through many mentors to share stories and hear career development advice and ideas.
