CHRIS STUSSY ALBUM SHOW SCENOGRAPHY 💚
This season I’m working as creative director on scenographies for @chrisstussydj with a very passionate team. The album shows feature a kinetic kite-shaped light piece — a floating diamond structure. The overall design embraces the audience and aims to break away from traditional festival stage sightlines. Next stops Belfast, New York, Amsterdam and Dublin.

PENIK ETTEK 25 YEARS LIVE ⛓️
Before laptops felt normal. Before I really knew how electronic music even worked. In 2001 I started building and performing live with Paul van Gent. We came out of the Dutch squatting and Tekno underground — learning by doing, playing wherever we could. Teknivals across Europe. The kind of nights where police helicopters circled overhead while you were mid-set.

USS SCENOGRAPHIES 🪷
In addition to working on scenographies as Creative Director for Dekmantel Festival, I began developing minimalist stage designs for @chrisstussydj 's @uss.event . USS debuted at Roundhouse London, featuring a style loosely inspired by the art of James Turrell, using basic geometric shapes. For the Roundhouse debut, this approach was realized through a monumental transparent LED video screen shaped as a half-circle. There are a lot more projects in the pipeline.

PLAYING LIVE 25 YEARS THIS SEASON! ♻️
Started sound-nerding and playing live electronics in 2001. Celebrated at @garagenoord last month and (acid) at @multigroove@paradigm050 . Even though I try to take care of my ears, I still love playing occasionally, right place / time.
Promo for my new remix compilation DRUM003 vinyl 12" + digital will start tomorrow! Previews will be up on @bandcamp and @soundcloud + @delsinrecords promotool. An immersive, introspective set of tracks. Happy to see them out in the world soon!

SELECTORS STAGE 🍀
Wanted to shine a little extra light on the brand-new Selectors Stage. The prettiest spot in the Amsterdamse Bos deserved a cover that floats—an object that moves with the wind. The Selectors stage has been a festival landmark for many years, so giving this iconic location a new identity was very special. In @johannesofferhaus we found the perfect designer (even hand-sewing the parachute material). The stage came together smoothly with light artist @zalan_szakacs , plus my concrete booth design for playing vinyl and anchoring the structure—an idea I had since my Draaimolen days.

DRONE TECHNO MIX ONLINE! 🌀
Did a mix for @binaer.berlin based on my selection for @dkmntl in Tisno this summer. Very out of fashion slow & deep (dub) techno. At was an honour to collab with a collegue of @pareka.binaer on the light design for @dkmntl & @lentekabinet the past seasons. They work for Berghain as well. Will be posting photos of the scenographies soon too. Link in bio.

Happy to pop into @openground.club to play a set with @arthur___666___ a few days ago. It's still really crazy to me to have such an incredible sounding space so close to my hometown + chances to meet people like @markernestus founder of @hardwax_official . Even getting coffee at @cafe23.wuppertal never sounded this good 🫠 tip!
