Alex Franz Zehetbauer is facilitating the workshop Demon Caroling 20-22nd of May at 12.30-14.30 💛⁠ ⁠ Joining this workshop means joining a choir. Participants will receive singing lessons as a group, focusing on breath, resonance, and improvisation. Artist Introduction #1 → Alex Franz Zehetbauer (Performance) US/AT @afranzz Sunday, October 19th Glaubenskirche Simmering Braunhubergasse 20, 1110 Vienna Alex Franz Zehetbauer (b. 1990, Brooklyn) is a performance artist and vocalist working at the ­intersection of performance, music, visual arts and choreography. In his performances, he beguiles with sophisticated melodies, strange vocal escapades and unexpected twists. For his performance on October 19th at an evangelic church in Simmering – a pearl of protestant church ­architecture, ­designed by Austrian architect Roland ­Rainer – he prepares a special concept.
