*it’s my birthday today so you have to read this* I wrote and directed my first short film earlier this year, ELI, about a boy having a daydream while at school. This is a little teaser trailer and some stills. It’s currently being submitted to festivals so I can’t share it in full quite yet. It was an incredible experience with an incredible team, and happy to say I’m now working on my next film, FRANK. This next one is a very personal & heavy one, as it’s about male self loathing, self hatred, and ultimately su*cidal ideation. I have a lot of experience with these emotions, and I imagine many of you either do as well or know someone who does. My goal with Frank is to package those feelings and experiences that I’ve had in a way that makes sense to me, and in a way that I haven’t seen done before. As many of you know, films like this are a massive undertaking, so if this sounds like something you might be interested in watching (or just hearing more about) please feel free to reach out to me about it and ask.
