How do we make decisions through the body? How can movement support well-being and participation? Join us for a full-day multiplier event where we share the results of the Level Up! project through workshops, exchange, and embodied practice. Date: 22.03.2026 Time: 11:00–17:00 Address: Studio 0/1, Gottlieb-Dunkel-Straße 30, Berlin Programme of the day: 11:00–13:00 | IMPROBABLE LIFTS An improvised partnering workshop exploring non-verbal negotiation, trust, and play. Through experimental movement practices, we enter a space where failure, spontaneity, and “generous struggle” become tools for connection. 13:00–15:00 | Lunch, Networking & Presentation A shared lunch and informal exchange with participants, youth workers, and local stakeholders. We will present our publication: “Decision-making Triangles for Well-being and Participation” followed by an open discussion and feedback round. Facilitated by Aaron Lang 15:00–17:00 | PHYTO-SOMATIC DANCE (PARTY) A hybrid between a dance workshop and a collective exploration of embodiment. Through guided improvisation, voice work, and live music, we explore microbiology, rhythm, and connection, dissolving boundaries between bodies into a shared field of movement. Live music: Borys Słowikowski Facilitation: Dorota Michalak Participation is free of charge, but prior registration is necessary to keep the group size suitable for the event. Registration link in BIO This event is part of the Erasmus+ project “Level Up! Re-planning Physical, Mental, and Emotional Well-being” developed by Lernlabor (Germany) and Moon10 (Greece). Co-funded by the European Union

That's a wrap-up 🫠 WE WELCOME THOSE WHO COME TO US: workshop in Ahwash ⴰⵃⵡⴰⵛ  &  rhythm in motion  ❤️‍🔥 ❤️‍🔥 ❤️‍🔥 We feel moved and blessed by all the melodies, embodied knowledges, generosity and openness we've experienced.  By exploring music and dance as an inseparable practice: It is a remedy. a hope. a connective tissue. a shelter.  Powerful. dangerous. rebellious.  By creating an “ASSAYS” - a common space - countering systemic divisions and failures. Big shout out and gratitude to: @hicham.ounamir @nori_khadija Muhammed & the whole Ibourk family for hosting us in Amazzer oasis and teaching Ahwash song-dances @framedrums_borys & @dorotmich for organizing and facilitating the project @a.h.lang & #yorgosstavridis for caring, recording and documenting  @fasolatoanna95 @pruu__ Alessio @mallauryce @gianni_cosimonsson @paula.inas_hearts for involvement, beautiful presences and curiosity Thank you. Tanmirt. 👏 👏 👏 We are cooking more groovy and resonant events connecting Berlin (drained marshes) and Amazzer (drying oasis) - stay in tune and reach out if u want to support us / get involved!

Transformational Rave We can’t deny that many of us are exhausted - for different reasons and to different degrees. In this workshop we can work with said exhaustion by giving it space, while still not surrendering. We do not overcome exhaustion, but shift the narrative: From an capitalist notion of energy scarcity towards a momentary vision of revolutionary collective ecstasy. It might look different than we imagine it, but it can remind us of what is possible and what we want to be working towards in our everyday lives. This workshop is based on intuitive, repetitive movements to the beat of the music. We will listen to the change that is already happening by itself, every time we repeat a movement, it will be slightly different, thus transforming itself. We witness this transformation of the movement and allow it, we listen to ourselves becoming different. Where does this listening take us? What feelings come up? What patterns do we notice? Not only do we transform ourselves, we inevitably do work on and with the collective. To stay focused, to keep things flowing is the work we are doing not only for and within ourselves, but also for the collective body, supporting each other, sharing a space, knowing that we are doing labour. One key element becomes how we guide our own attention - like in a meditation, we have the power to chose what it is, that we focus our energy on. If we do the work with dedication and sensitivity we can reach places (as individuals and as a collective) we are not yet familiar with. Workshop led by @a.h.lang DJ set by @marum_welt Date: 17.01.2026 Time: 11:00-13:00 Address: Studio 0/1(Gottlieb-Dunkel-Straße 30, 12099 Berlin, Germany) Participation is free of charge, but prior registration is necessary to keep the group size suitable for the workshop. i have decided to dedicate some of my time to offer free bodywork sessions for people who are politically active and face ignorance and repression. what? using deep tissue massage and trigger point techniques, i apply precise pressure which can enable you to release tight spots, increasing self-awareness and exploring bodily logics and patterns. if desired, i also share exercises for long term improvement of the issue(s) we have been working on. who for? activists in political liberation movements how does it work? if you have a friend who needs this, or if you need it yourself, just write me and we organise a session. feel free to share, but slots are limited.

„The field becomes a space of resonance, where tradition and the present, body and technology overlap: materialized as flail and drone, manual labor and algorithm.“ ~ Jette Büchsenschütz From our shows of „field work“ this summer in Munich & Berlin 📸 @alicja_hoppel

field work (2025) In field work, Hannah Schillinger, Aaron Lang, and sound artist Slowfoam, enter a landscape shaped by physical labor, the rhythms of nature, and collaborative rituals. In this hyperreal simulation, they explore the cultural heritage of alpine farming culture and ask how folklore can develop into the future in open and queer ways. Dreaming and working, they set out in search of new mythologies and cultivate a space in which nature, humans, and technology move toward balance. field work is an invitation to look closely: at a field that not only carries soil, but also traces of memories, voices, wishes and movements. Dear people - I’m excited to announce that I finally start offering bodywork sessions! I work with: -finding and releasing trigger points (physical blockages that limit movement and energy flow) -structural manipulation and feldenkrais inspired release techniques -breath awareness and imagination -teaching techniques of how to take care of your body in everyday life (self-massage, how to balance tension and release) 30-50€ for a one hour session By your own judgement - solidarity fee possible for activists and people who face structural repression. Work exchange is possible.) Location: Berlin (Kreuzberg or Tempelhof) I’m looking forward to connect and work together on discovering the intricacies, memories and possibilities of the body. Just drop a message if you’re interested!

memories from the workshop “Phytosomatic Dance and Site Specific Performance” that I facilitated last weekend - two more to come soon! There was such a beautiful energy, looking at the world with the eyes of kids and mad scientists, sharing uncertainty, insisting in curiosity. I feel so honoured to be able to witness the transformation and the questioning and above all so much joy, wonder and awe, which for many has too little space in our everyday lives. @an.duplan finds the words and writes in a recent post: ‘...the vulnerability of teaching is the way in which i am reminded of my particularities, my idiosyncracies. it reflexts back my individuality as an educator and as a human being- and at the same time, my total sameness with others...’ slides 1) narration exercise 2) treasure hunt 3) nettle ritual 4) screaming 5) looking closely 6) part of our camp 7) snails on my hands 8) performing the place 9) just climbing a tree 10) village disko 11) treasure hunt 12) epic fairy hosted by @landkunstleben_e.v @aleksandresakhe organised by @kakabadze_salome from @lernlabor.berlin - thank you all so much for making this possible! Threshold Dance - three weekends of movement exploration and dance On three weekend workshops in September we will meet each other and learn, explore and practice different aspects of contemporary dance and performance art. Each weekend has a different topic. Aaron will share exercises that prepare us physically and mentally for specific, experimental approaches to dance, which come from my own artistic practice and collaborations. We will work with improvisation, so the participants will have space and time to develop their own movement style, while being guided. Aaron want to develop a space in which we have time to find a shared vocabulary and a culture of curiosity and respect, brought together by the joy of moving. First Weekend – 6.-7.9.: Phytosomatic Dances and Site Specific Performance in cooperation with Landkunstleben Second Weekend – 20.-21.9.: Dancing Together Third Weekend – 27.-28.9.: Movement as Storytelling On all three weekends I will be sharing exercises/techniques for stress relief, self-massage and mobility that help to reduce tension and muscle pain. The workshops are open level – absolute beginners up to professional dancers are all invited, you just need curiosity about movement and some commitment. The three weekends are thought as one course. We encourage you to participate in all of them, but we understand if that's not possible for everyone. So feel free to sign up only for one weekend. Find the registration link and full workshop details in our BIO Participation is free of charge Workshop led by: @a.h.lang The workshop is part of the Solidarity Corps project "Rhythms of Movement: Dancing and Movement for Community Well-being" co-funded by the European Union.
