Introducing the Kultura Kubo ☀️🇵🇭 VS. Creative Lab is bringing Kultura Kubo to the 49th Vancouver International Children’s Festival this year. Kultura Kubo is a Filipino cultural arts tent where families can drop in throughout the week to experience culture through play, creativity, and connection: • Learn Baybayin with @marawrs + @kairapena • Visit a Bahay Kubo replica from @pinoypridevancouver • Play, explore, and create around the tent decorated by @_powerofthreee • Catch weekend performances by @anahawfilcan + Aklanon Sto. Niño This is the first time Filipino culture is being represented in this way at the Festival, and we’re really excited to share it with the community. Whether you’re coming for a show or just passing through, come by, hang out, and spend some time in the tent. If you’re attending a Children’s Festival show, your ticket includes access to the Activity Village.
