What an honour to perform for our kababayans in support of a worthy cause! It feels rewarding to know the organizers have raised a significant amount to help benefit survivors impacted by floods and earthquakes in the Philippines. We are grateful to CC Roa for putting this all together in cooperation with GMA Kapuso Foundation, and powered by OMNI Filipino TV coverage in Vancouver. Enjoy this short video of our Paskong Salu-Salo Fundraising Celebration at Paradox Hotel. Maligayang Pasko sa inyong lahat! with @roadesigns_ @philcasofbc @himigkabataancs @fusiondjentertainment @jeanellgreene77 @graciamvega @sarahroa._ @imandrewdejesus @robcordero68

Go Canucks Go! 🇵🇭🏒 The voices of the Filipino community echoed through the arena on December 5, 2025, as the Vancouver Canucks celebrated Filipino Heritage Night during the Canucks vs. Utah Mammoth game. The Filipino diaspora was proudly celebrated, recognized, and honoured through the incredible talents of Filipino Canadians across the city. Highlights included in-arena announcer Ryan Ventura, an electrifying beatbox performance by champion VYNO, and a breathtaking cultural presentation by PHILCAS, who brought tinikling onto the ice. A special hidden gem of the night was the Canucks-inspired parol tribute, designed by Mabuhay House Society staff member Khim Mata Hipol, adding a meaningful symbol of Filipino culture to the celebration. The evening also featured a standout recognition of Filipino-Japanese artist Karissa Narukami, who designed the first-ever Filipino Heritage Night logo for Vancouver Canucks merchandise—items that flew off the racks throughout the night. It was truly a soulful and powerful expression of Filipino pride. Here’s to seeing even more moments like this in the years to come. Mabuhay at Go Canucks Go! 💙💛 Photo by @khim.mata.hipol

🇵🇭✨Big news for our community 🇵🇭✨ @philcasofbc has been invited to perform at the @canucks inaugural Filipino Heritage Night — and we are so excited to bring our culture to the ice!! This year has been such a journey for us: reconnecting with our roots, watching our new generation rise, and sharing our dances across festivals, community stages, and even all the way to Spain. To close the year performing at Rogers Arena feels surreal in the best way! Catch us live: 📍 Party on the Plaza — 5:20 - 5:40 PM 🏒 2nd Intermission Performance 📅 December 5, 2025 | 6 PM We’d love to see you there, cheering with us and celebrating this milestone for our Filipino community!💙💛❤️
