You set a huge challenge for yourself with your first talk: focusing on the creative process AND the business journey.
But as I knew from the start: if it's easy, it's not for Jess.
You're a challenger and a non conformist in the best way. You've achieved so much and yet you are still so open and vulnerable about your learnings and shortcomings.
It's not easy to talk to 130 people about essentially losing MILLION DOLLARS 💰 because of a blindspot in the biz.

The key takeaway was that we NEVER know how our audiences will behave. So don't try to have all the answers - but learn the best ways to find them. And it doesn't take 50k to get there either.
It's funny how you're just down the road from me but it's only through this event that we connected.
