So happy to finally share our first release with @tripsberlin — a fundraiser various artists compilation. Huge thanks to @_tac.tile for the amazing design and for being such a great partner in this project and Trips in general. Big thanks to all the artists, the mastering engineers @olomastering & @limousine.full.aitch and everyone else involved. All proceeds will be donated to Netzwerk Polylux e.V. @polylux_network , supporting antifascist and queer initiatives in eastern Germany. The compilation brings together psychedelic and club-oriented sounds across two sides: A-side leans into rhythmic, dance-driven tracks from Progressive Psytrance, Psytech and darker psychedelic territories. B-side shifts towards calmer, atmospheric, and more experimental sounds, opening up a more contemplative ambient space. Me & @ginisnc are also contributing a „trancebient“ track to the B-side — a bit weird, shaped by lots of field recordings from our recent vacation, but we’re really happy with how it came out [little preview in slide 3] 💚🫧🩵

Today is the day. We are finally releasing the first KLEMkast. For the opening ceremony we invited Hypertexture, that we already had the pleasure to host, last November, at our KLEM event in @crackbellmer @_hypertexture_  is a co-organizer of the Berlin-based party series and soon-to-launch label @tripsberlin  , dedicated to the wide spectrum of psy-influenced sounds. He is also part of the team behind @paradisemustbenice  , a festival that brings together music from Ambient and Experimental to Punk, Black Metal, Noise and related stuff. As a DJ, Hypertexture moves freely between contrasting genres, with sets that adapt to the moment. This mix is, with minor changes, the set he played at our event on the 15th of November at Crack Bellmer. The idea for this set had been around for several years, and the event provided the occasion to finally pursue it. It mainly features texture-rich, darker ambient tracks, as well as (ambient) works by several black metal bands that have accompanied Hypertexture for quite some time (and more experimental stuff.) A soundscape tracing a solitary walk through a frozen, mystical night. The set will be released today at 5pm on our KLEM soundcloud.
