Big wins across our incredibly talented Creative Access alumni community! 🎉 From first steps into the industry to major career moves, it’s inspiring to see so many of our alumni continuing to grow, progress and thrive across the creative sector. Here are some of the latest updates we’re celebrating: Tamilore Aderonmu has started her dream job as a junior strategist at @publicislondon_ . She started out with a summer internship at @thenewsmovement in 2024. @gemma.prince has started a new position as a production assistant at @oldvictheatre . Gemma began her journey as an office assistant at @kennywaxproductions in 2022. @jemima__a has begun a new role as marketing and community executive at @raptormarketing . She was previously a mentee on the @mijpresents mentorship programme in partnership with @mayajama in 2025. @lrpatel94 has stepped into a new role as deputy marketing director at @orionbooks . In 2015, Louis started his career as a publishing trainee at @harpercollinsuk . @_eoghanharkin continues at Love Productions as a casting researcher on another series of #TheGreatBritishSewingBee. Eoghan joined the industry as a trainee researcher at @boomcymru , @itvstudios in 2022. Lucia Aide (@theconn3ct__ ) or Lucia Aide on LinkedIn has been promoted to programmes assistant at Creative Access. She began her journey with Creative Access as a Thrive trainee in 2025. @evie.prince has been promoted to recruitment assistant at Creative Access. Evie started as a jobs and recruitment trainee at Creative Access in 2025. And finally, a huge congratulations to @lieday_ and the team behind Grenfell: Uncovered for an incredible run of wins: the Victor Adebodun Debut Director Award at the TV Foundation New Voice Awards; Best Single Documentary at the RTS Awards; Emerging Talent: Factual at the @bafta TV Craft Awards; and the BAFTA Television Award for Best Single Documentary. From first opportunities to @bafta nominations & wins! 🎬 We're beyond proud to celebrate our Creative Access alumni heading to the BAFTA TV Awards this weekend. @rajivkaria started as a development intern at King Bert Productions, @ishanganjoor as an assistant producer at @bbcradio2 , for @bbc6music and @bbcasiannetwork , and @lieday_ as a development intern at @twofourtv . Today, they are BAFTA-nominated stars – with Olaide taking home the Emerging Talent: Factual award. 👏 "Rajiv and I are super happy and grateful to be in the category for Best Short Form at this years BAFTA awards. We both started our careers with Creative Access and owe this nomination to the work of a lot of lovely people at CA. It helped us find a foot in this industry, meet people and skill ourselves up to the point that we could make Zoners. We're currently in the process of pitching it as a show!" – Ishan & Rajiv "Creative Access gave me my start, and that initial opportunity is often the hardest barrier to overcome in this industry. "They were just people sleeping." This month, @lieday_ accepted the Emerging Talent: Factual award at the @bafta Television Awards for her directorial debut, Grenfell: Uncovered.
