A BAFTA win. Still feels surreal. It’s such an honour, and something I could only dream of, as it’s so meaningful for me, and for people like me, to be recognised at this level. Warms my heart to have made my family proud 🙏🏿 Most importantly though, this award is about the story and the people at the heart of it. Directing Grenfell: Uncovered was a privilege! A big story to carry, but so glad I did 💚 Grateful to everyone who trusted us with their truth, grief and continued fight. Their strength, openness and bravery made this possible, and telling this story was a responsibility I’ll never forget. So thankful to everyone in my team who helped bring it together, and was lovely to experience the moment with a small handful of my Rogan Productions and Netflix team, and to see others have their work recognised too @bafta
